the redesign work is underway and there was work related to the trust home initiatives that the mcarthuron was funding. we saw the first phase as being about specific deliverables and also as a way to translates that information and activity to inform the next phase of work. now we're in the second phase focusing on the development and strategic plan. this phase got going after the submission of the plan. in july and august we were building out a plan design and work plan. within implementing the planning process, things are starting to gear up around community engagement processes. starting in late november early december starting to take together the ideas and information generated and drafght the plan. sometime in early 2023 to be ready to educate and develop support for the plan that's been develop. we talked about this last time. i want to reel highlight three key elements of the planning process that there is active community engagement and stakeholder processes underway and structures liect ocho committee and talent pool consulting and community lee liaisons are start toimg plemen
