mccarthy: after the screening it is a whole different question. reporter: many members of your conference have called for biden to resign or be removed by the means. others have called for firings or reservations of secretary blinken, secretary austin, general milley, and so on. where do you fall on that spectrum in terms of recriminations for the withdrawal? do you believe the president should resign or be impeached? rep. mccarthy: i believe right now we should get every american home. i believe there should be accountability for what i see as probably the biggest failure in american government on military stage in my lifetime. and we can ever make this mistake again. and i cannot imagine any individual in a policymaking position knowingly made a decision politically when to leave and knowingly telling the american public two export that they will not leave until every american is home, but then decide they will leave americans there. let me have one question to that president or anyone else in charge -- what is your plan to bring americans home?
