mccollum bops up to adam bryant. there is 2nd base. and, indeed, tyler ray has settled in. surrendered to houston, who is now on deck. 5 homers with the left-handed battling 1st baseman . that is hammered foul out of play on the left side. and rowell, another one of those transfers out of orange, texas. nice approach. nice and high. i like to see that with the open stance. pretty good swing. so, ray, this is exactly the kind of performance so far that bobby pierce was hoping for today. looks like he has all the pitches working to command the change up, command the fastball, able to throw the slider in and out of the strike zone. so, he has his good stuff today. and the 1-2 pitch barely misses. the change up has been affected, but that one was steady wide. they tried to start it off, but maybe the runner will chase out it have pitcher's zone, but a pretty good at bat right there to lay off the pitch. here is the 2-2. the arkansas - little rock has players from oklahoma, 5 from texas, 4 from a, 3 from missouri, 3 from kansas, 2 from illinois, 1 in indiana, nebraska, north dak
