annie mccormick is live at police headquarters, she has the latest, good morning, annie mccormicky good morning, at this hour, homicide detectives say they have not been able to make a positive identification on the body discovered. they can not say what is the cause of death is at this time. take a look of this fire video that a witness took with with a cell phone. that's a car on fire, crews discovered a man dead in the car in the passenger seat. that happened in an alley in olney section. star watson saint the victim inside the car was her brother. northwest detectives were close investigating reports from withses including watson of shots fired in a vehicle matching the description of the one you saw on fire. witnesses say the passenger in the vehicle, a man was shot in the head and the driver took off with the passenger inside. the shooting was reported around 4:00 p.m. detectives called local hospitals and officers were on foot patrol looking for the vehicle described in the shooting, nearby witnesses and the police saw smoke and flames nearby. >> about an hour later we see smoke
