police officer kevin mcdougal made his 100th dui arrest of 2013.nd was headed in the wrong direction. the driver was taken into custody and booked at the county jail. officer mcdougal talks about 10 the year. >> well at the beginning of the year i'd set a goal to myself to arrest 100 drunk drivers during the year and we managed to get to that point during the night. of that hundai think two of them i took from other officers because they were doing something else, one i believe was at a crash scene where i took the drunk driver, but the other 95, 97 or so were all traffic stops that i initiated myself. it feels good. it's an accomplished goal so i always feel good. >> the officer is a 35 year veteran with the police department. he's lead the department in dui arrests year after year. mcdougal also received awards from mothers against drunk driving for the past six years for his dui enforcement efforts. there have been close to 300 arrests to date so far this year related to dui's and officer mcdougal made 1/3 of those arrests. >>> santa clara law e
