and so as director mcfadden said, we will gradually be filling those beds as we figure out the safest and the most appropriate way to do so. >> chair haney: and so the funding that you're requesting for a site like the embarcadaro navigation center, what level of funding -- or the funding that you are requesting reflects what level of capacity? is it with the expectation that it would be entirely full and when? what is the funding request suggest? >> supervisor, g.g. whitley, h.s.h. we do not adjust our navigation center budget going forward. and though we're at reduced capacity we had to cover additional costs like more meals than we typically provide, p.p.e., overtime and our special pay for employees working on site. and so we haven't adjusted our budget, not wanting to shortchange our hard-working non-profit providers who have been responding during covid, but we have been monitoring expenses and trying to move within the shelter contracts where we have the greatest need and a lot of that has been for additional costs for p.p.e., cleaning supplies, pay, and meals. >> chair haney:
