a man accused of shooting two mchenry county sheriffs deputies is due in court today. scott peters was arrested yesterday afternoon along a road near crystal lake. earlier in the day, authorities were called to his home in holiday hills for a possible domestic dispute. police say peters shot two deputies when they arrived, and exchanged gunfire with a third before running off. it triggered a massive manhunt ... schools were locked down and residents were told to stay inside. >> relieved. we were waiting. it was a rough day. >> we have described his unique clothing, shorts and t-shirt and people her that and called us. he walked down the road came out of the wooded area and was walking down the road. >>peters is charged with attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm. he's being held on a one million dollar bond. the deputies who were shot, are in good condition. police are still looking for the gun that was used in the shooting. there's a very special piece of artwork on display in washington, d.c. in fact, the size.. and what this art is made
