nacole benton's three children are in the custody of children's protective services tonite.tom mckee, nine on your side, live in the west end. two teens are under arrest tonight in connection with that stolen car. one of them.. a 15 year old.. is charged with theft of a motor vehicle. one teen was arrested on hopkins street. the other was caught on prosperity.. near the crash. nearly 16- thousand dollars in cash and money orders in the goshen township evidence room can't be accounted for. two complete. and now no one will be charged or cited. the investigations began in march of 20-13. the ohio state auditor.. the bureau of criminal investigation.. and the hamilton county sheriff's department all looked at the situation. they found there is no way to figure out exactly what happened to the cash and other items.. and who took them.as a result.. no one will be charge. a former finance director who pled guilty to sex crimes involving children -- will spend five years in prison. prison.that's the sentence handed down today to harry steger.this is video from his plea earlier this year.poli
