if you go back to two thousand and fifteen mclaren reports the allegations of state sponsored doping the report will pretty comprehensive but some of our viewers will remember that the head of the i.o.c. that is the olympic committee thomas ball requested further evidence from mclaren in in fact he said let me see the hard evidence of state sponsored doping and that wasn't forthcoming so i think for us cynics the case against russia is still unproven at the moment but i think there's an under a rock and a long narrative here andrew and cynic that i am i think that the world of sport is missing russia particularly the russian broadcasting money let's put it this way organizers of international events have begun to sense that russian broadcasters the media are just not interested in the russians on competing and that could mean the loss of revenue in the order and i'm not privy to the actual amounts i have to say that but just a back of the all of estimates tell me that between twelve and twenty percent say drop in revenue that's substantial when we're talking about in some sports cost
