mcsally conceding. one of the theories that's out there about why mcsally might have had extra incentive to do that is it looks like jon kyl in that other seat, appointed a couple months ago, has made it clear he wants to move early next year, it looks like that seat will be open soon. mcsally may be in line for an appointme appointment. so keep an eye on that one. the other big development in the georgia's governor's race. brian kemp, the republican. the key here is does that number, that 53%, does that fall below 50%? that would trigger the runoff in georgia. a ruling from a federal judge in georgia that opened the door to an unknown number of ballots, provisional ballots, being considered. so what was on the table before in terms ofo outstanding votes was not going to be enough. now maybe, we don't know the exact number, there may be an outside possibility with these new votes. there could be -- there are also lawsuits from democrats trying to expand the number of absentee ballots that are considered
