two hours you seeing where the rain is heaviest in seattle and portland and a few sprinkles around medford. you can see the purples and pinks developing over the east bay hills. clouds increasing and temperatures are close to normal and drizzle and sprinkles overnight and a warming and drying trend on thursday through the weekend. today, upper 50's loan the coast and brisk from time to time and low-to-mid 60 from san francisco at 61 to santa rosa and antioch and livermore on the upper end at 66. today, a few radar runs and that shows how widespread and light the drizzle is. richmond to san francisco could stay at 50 degrees. while you were sleeping, high pressuribility a nice wall over us and we are seeing the high clouds move over into mid-level clouds but no low level moisture for the cold front to work with so there is just showers possible tonight and maybe drizzle along the coast. 7:00 this evening, it is all gray, coming around 1:00 o'clock in the morning you can see the steady rain in cloverdale and notice it falls apart moving into the heart of bay at 4:00 and by 7:00 it is again.

medford, massachusetts. independent caller. am sick of people saying that not raising the debt ceiling would cause us to default. that is not the truth. if we did nothat raise the debt ceiling, we would not have to prioritize spending. we would have the means to do that. it is a lot of rhetoric about calling republicans terrorists and they are hijacking the economy. debt and6 trillion in it is rising. we need to curtail this. i think it is futile to stop obamacare right now. we will have to have a republican majority in congress in 2014. we will have to have a republican in the white house to get anything done on obamacare. people are signing up with obamacare because medicaid eligibility requirements are lower with the obamacare law. more people are signing up for medicaid. people on medicaid use the emergency room six times more than people with private insurance and even with people who are uninsured. this is a road to disaster. i usually don't take sides, but i would be cautioned to see what is going to happen this country.
