megan mcgrath is live from the scene ght now. good morning, megan. >> reporter: good morning, joe. latest information here is that investigators believe they have found the driver involved in this hit and run accident, and we have video to show you, actually, of a scene, something that's going on in chevy chase. apparently investigators are speaking to someone at is high race building in chevy hase. they believe that they are speaking to the person who was behind the wheel when this accident occurred very early this morning. theyelieve that they have found the vehicle that was involved in is accident. now this happened at around 1:30 in the morning. according to witnesses, the victim was getting out of a mercedes that was parked here along t ramp that leads from connecticut avenue up to dupont circle. she was getting out of that vehicle when an suv struck her as she got out. that vehicle, that driver, continued to go. now, witnesses say that the vehicle did not even hit the brakes, continued on. there was a person on a bicycle that was in the area, saw the accident happen. that per
