megan mcgraph joins us live hey, megan. >> reporter: yeah, wicked cold oud here and causing problems and still seeing some of the issues happening. water main that broke on 27th street and water came gushing out on surrounding street so i street, rock creek park, all of that just frost. we had actually inches accumulated ice on the roadways, so everything had to be shut down. take look at the video from early this morning. and you can see just how dangerous the situation was. there were was like a skating rink in this entire area. tricky thing is there are access points to major commuter routes all around this intersection. and so that wrecked havoc on people coming to work. they could not go down on the rock creek parkway. it was closed on the northbound side. also the reamp from 66 west to street, thas so a real problem for people trying to get around. i spoke to a woman new to her commute, so this was bad timing for her. >> first time coming this week, so it was pretty hectic. >> reporter: first time this is what you get. >> yeah, the whole mess. >> reporter: all right. now the go
