it's been since june, when megan elliott left, and we're happy krista has left. she's worked with ageing and disabled people for 15 years. most recently, she was the chief officer for home bridge, to provide contract mode services for ihss clients. she was responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of all of the programs and the client services, and prior to joining home bridge, she primarily worked in the area of supportive housing with multidiagnosed formerly homeless adults. she served as the deputy director of tenderloin housing clinic, and she's got a masters in social work from san francisco state. so we're really happy to have you, krista. i wanted to talk a little bit about the home bridge tiered wage pilot, because this was something that was in the mayor's budget for this year, and it's just taken us a little while to roll it out. basically, what it means -- home bridge serves our clients under contract mode, and they're people who are unable to manage their own worker, generally speaking, so they're considered hardest to serve people in that
