. >> i am megan pringle. let's get to the weather because it's cold right now. justin. >> oh, baby, it's cold outside. dangerous cold and we combine with that gusty winds and blustery. a wind advisory today is the headline for us with the gusts up to 45 miles per hour. you combine that with temperatures that will stay below freezing. and wind chills will stay in the single digits and teens most of the day a winter weather advisory to the west for snow showers and flurries. almost a similar event to yesterday morning where it's falling and flying but not really sticking that much and causing a problem. bel air is 16 degrees. wind chill currently 7 degrees above zero with the wind averaging about 7 miles per hour gusting to 29. it doesn't take much wind at this temperature to make it feel brutally cold. here's maryland's most powerful doppler radar. we are having extensions to the lake-effect streamers and they are riding along with the toll from fredericks and beltsville. bands of snow possible. we are expecting a cold  blustery day. high of 29. here's kim brow

i am megan pringle. >> i am charlie crowson.the hump day, let's check in with justin berk for a look at that wednesday forecast. what is in store justin? good morning. >> reporter: good morning. another day to shiver. cold is staying with us, but we have two systems to talk about southern storms. and that's going to be a big wringle in the forecast. the question is, do we get clipped by them or missed. looks like the thursday event the light snow possible and hooks like we are staying on target with it. mostly being to the south of baltimore. there's a chance we get snow. mainly light but a better chance at southern sections south of annapolis getting more and southeast virginia. and unfortunately, looks like the same spots may get hit on sunday. i say unfor knit for snow lovers but southeast virginia could be clobbered and we could be on the edge uncertain about what happens with the coastal thing on sunday. it would be fun to see snow at the ravens game, but that lead together forecast in a few minutes. 15 in manchester. don't

. >> i am megan pringle. charlie crowson. thanks for joining us. yesterday, cold and windy. it was almost unbearable to be outside. justin, any chance we could get a warmup, please? >> yeah, please. we are all begging for that. that was just painful for everybody. a waste of cold air when you got the snow and adwind and wind chills in the single digits. we are staying cold but at least the wind eases up a little bit today. one thing i want to focus on is the southern storms and buzz is rolling around the possibility of getting hit with something this week. it stays cold but at least the wind eases up. there will be light snow possible tomorrow. the question mark because we are right on the edge of the system that will probably hit virginia hard harder than us and another storm off the coast on sunday uncertain. computer models trying to give us a nice coating or completely skipping it off the coast. we will talk about that coming. bel air is waking up with 17. wind chills at 10. so it's not pleasant outside. we are aiming for a high two degree guarantee of 30. let's see what
