you mentioned megyn kelly, but "new york" magazine is reporting that megyn kelly rallied at least one colleague, a former anchor, to speak out against roger ailes, because she felt like people weren't getting the whole story. what do you make of this? >> reporter: what we do know is that what gretchen carlson alleges, she's not the only one alleging that. there are many stories about his behavior within the network. look, he has a lot of defenders within the network, many have come forward publicly. but there are people with allegations going back to the 1960s, as gabe sherman also reported. we know even from megyn kelly's lawyer that she cooperated fully with the investigation, that she was truthful was the quote, that she did tell the investigators something that would echo some of gretchen carlson's allegations. and it's quite easy to deduce from that, it's not inconcei inconceivable she talked to other people to come forward. >> i think this moment in time where we are, with where the republican party is, fox has played a huge role in that. if you look over the last ten years, how
