"fox5" nel melanie alnwick is live in north east with that story. melanie what went wrong here?>> a lot of things went wrong here wisdom. sunday afternoon, 4:00, albert here wisdom. sunday afternoon, 4:00, albert jackson had ax wife gloria called 911 and she and two grand sons began cpr as they waited for help five to six minutes later truck 17 arrived on 60 street northeast now the crew saw a d.c. police officer attending to man in handcuff on same block and assumed that was the call location. the officer said that situation was under control and he didn't need any help. truck 17 informed dispatch the officer told them they could leave and they did leave the scene. gloria jackson in distress called 911 again demanding help 19 minute after initial call engine 10 carrying paramedic arrived at the correct address. "fox5" paul wagner learned of the details exclusively and spoke with mrs. jackson. >> this too many you sensed it was taking longer. >> i did i don't know why. you know, two fire trucks came. and didn't come five minutes later the ambulance pulled up. we tried cpr but we
