that is memphis. let's show you memphis 34. that is a flipside and backside of the same storm pumping in pretty heft moisture for us. 57 baltimore. most of central maryland in the 60s. we get 69 in hatteras. this is wrapping around the storm, it may seem unusual. it is somewhat common to happen this time of the year. a cold core low pressure system that enhances around the center. that's the heavy snow in western sections of tennessee mixing in alabama, ahead of it, look at this conveyer belt this is similar to the pattern that's developed since tropical storm lee brought us the flooding in september. we get this conveyer belt of moisture ahead of the storm systems, all this moisture has to pump up in our direction and future trend highlights that coming in after the lunch hour, through this evening. we could get 1-2 inches. although this model cuts this off in the evening, there is indication there could be lingering moisture as the cold air catches up from the southwest mind you, after midnight there maybe a few flakes mixed
