the rain causing problems in mendocino county. you are looking at a highway shut down overnight because of flooding. officials with the in the whether system caused the river to rise, leading to flooding in the area. there is also flooding on the navaro river. the storm is bringing power outages to the region. here's the latest numbers according to pg&e's outage map. about 2,000 people are without power in the north bay and 500 customers in san francisco are without power this morning. this is after 78,000 customers were without power region why. we have more on the storm damage that no novato. >> wedged gusts knocked out power to 1500 customers. and bodega high winds ripped a power line down, trapping two women and her kids in their car. >> i remember spun said not to get out of the car and there was there was fire in front of us. >> trees were all over the area. >> the wind had to be incredibly high for the tree to fall over. >> the tree fell across three properties and damaged a neighbor's room but there were no injuries. in pi
