mendocino county, lake county northward seems to be the focus right now. plenty to the north through tonight and some of this will drag across. the bulk staying north. if you get that breeze, it is cool. fairfield at 52. 59 fremont. 60 in san jose. so for some it is mild e for others on the chilly side. east bay temps in the 50s. concord only 53 degrees. you can get brisk conditions over on the bay. and on the coast it is not bad. a lot of cloud cover. more show than go. the system will be here thursday and friday is, followed by extremely cold air. a lot of cloud cover continues to stream up here. santa rosa north is where the bulk is going. south of that, i don't think we will get that through tomorrow. then things change rapidly on thursday. and the rain rates really pick up late thursday and friday. even san jose will get in on the rain. there will be howling wind over the sierra nevada as well as snowfall dropping to maybe 2500 feet by friday morning. 50s on the temps to 60 in san jose. and the key will be tomorrow that breezy warm conditions. but the
