we are dry in the east bay and south bay and toward mendocino county we are dry. let's talk about why the drought should be finished. have ever seen snowpack numbers like this in 10 years? no. snowpack is now 158% of average. that's a jump of 62% in a week. reservoirs the hetch hetchy is 70% above average. lake shasta the biggest one in the state 26% above average. lake oroville 17% above average. and here's one thing that may likely you don't know. half the bay area isn't in a drought right now. marin county, sonoma county, san francisco, san mateo county, you were removed from the government's drought list about a month ago. go east toward the tri-valley, still in a quote, unquote severe drought but half of the bay area is already out of the drought. so we basically just need to remove the other half. rain will pick up overnight tonight. it will be a wet start to your thursday. i'll show you the high temperatures. we'll get a little bit of sunshine in the afternoon. we'll be on the cool side of average. fremont 52. redwood city 52. half inch to an inch of rain o
