it goes from mendocino down to monterey. a good cell on highway 4 over antioch. it's going parallel by concord and then right along willow pass looks like it's heading that way. a mix of rain and high elevation snow certainly parts of lake county even up to mendocino county. also from inverness to heshg hercules and richmond. you can see the line stretching heading towards wood side. so not completely done. going along santa cruz you can see that into the sand cruz mountains. -- -- santa cruz. just taking a paint brush and flicking it up. take your pick. one of those moves over. 39 in santa rosa. cold air mass out there and a strong low is on its way. it will send in spokes in a wheel that will have a possibility of thunderstorms and brief heavy rain. heaviest is south but this low is very vigorous and strong and beginning to make its move. that will keep us in today and tomorrow for a possibility of brief heavy rain. there will be breaks but we're not done yet until probably thursday. >> steve. >> yes. >> when we finally get the dry period people will be outside
