attar ton, menlo park. everyone is pretty close. the water temperatures are in the mid-50s.eaning to the cooler side. and we'll see partly sunny and mostly cloudy skies and overall that morning fog, especially the east bay, has been really thick. and cooler lows and highs in the 50s. sal, are you still okay? or just the usual slow? >> it's slow out there. like a normal thursday which is -- we'll take that considering what we've had the last few days. we'll start off with a look at some of these commutes, especially some of the ones getting crowded like the bay bridge. you can see the bay bridge commute is just moderate. the camera is still affected by the weather a little bit. but it's a 10 to 15 minute delay. the san mateo bridge, that commute is not too bad heading out to the high-rise. and these commutes are much better than the other day. but you should drive more carefully because it's more wet. not as much standing water as we had when it was actually raining. and we've been looking at some of the commutes as you drive to the south bay. 880 looks okay. southbound 880 a
