it's not working out very well so i think there's a higher likelihood that you see bank of america merrill lynch split up and you see some divestitures because if the volcker rule is going to stop these guys from being investment banks well at a certain point the talent within these internal investment banks is going to look to make a break for it and i really wouldn't be surprised to see that happen before the government ever gets around to mandating that it happen interesting so you think the bank to really get a break up on their own now one of the issues here though is it kind of essential to argue.
