a passenger who took video of the incident and joins us now live from the lake merritt station where the rest took place. >> reporter: good evening. the woman told us that she kept thinking b.a.r.t. pulleys would show up any minute to stop the man but that did not happen until 20 minutes later, when that man was finally picked up at the lake mary b.a.r.t. station by police. she said that she kept saying, "what if?". what if it took police that long to respond to an attack of that nature? she told me it took entirely too long and she is hoping that b.a.r.t. pulleys can work on their response time. she said all of this brought up memories of what happened with nia wilson back in july. she says, since that incident, she has been living in fear while riding b.a.r.t. every day. she commute into fremont and oakland and says everyday she looks over her shoulder, worried something will happen. when she saw that man pulling out a chainsaw, she said she had to start taking video and recording because she was worried about what would happen next. i said, you are so brave for doing so. warned yo
