it's one of those major switching junctions between west oakland lake merritt and 12 street and so since the majority of the trains run through that area and they're having the switching track issues. it's causing a major delay now systemwide from downtown oakland to annie off dublin, warm springs and also the us san francisco direction so that's impacting. a lot of you hopping on bart this morning delays could be 15 minutes or longer. it depends on your final destination, so plan ahead and keep that in mind before you hop on bart checking the roads not so bad, no crashes here, no major issues but busy it's already crawling from the bottom of the mason stretches to fremont street. so already jammed the to san francisco. another reason why you should leave extra early. we'll check more burgess drive times and stay on top of this park delay. i have another update in just a bit john. well robin you can >>over the bay bridge there obviously a lot of cloud cover that's been student in across the bay this morning resulting in a time some morning drizzle as you make that drive into work. watch
