tone but it's when you get into the executive culture in hollywood that's where you kind of see the merrow down to where there's very you don't see a lot of black executives in hollywood and that's i think where you need to see that change and i think that's across the board for most institutions in this country and no i would agree with you and i think that that is 100 percent hit the nail on the head that's why african to me. ricans are across the country were so with static when tyler perry opened his studio that he decided to do it in atlanta you know the black mecca of entertainment that he decided to choose actors and actresses and writers who were people who hollywood basically ignored for time and time again and i think that we have to see more of that type of leadership because honestly black people in entertainment at this point many have reached the ideology that hollywood's not going to do it for them so they're going to have to reach back and work with people who look like them people who are developing this new type of people who are doing it in many cases outside of the holl
