police arrested and otis, for manufacturing and possessing meth. this related to a bust made on west 27th street, yesterday. a high-speed car chase comes to a crashing end in oklahoma. police tried to pull over this gray car on interstate 40 - but the driver took off. about 10 minutes into the pursuit, the driver goes off-road, barrels through a fence, and crashes into trees and a ditch. you see the scene as nearly a dozen officers surrounded the vehicle with guns drawn. they were able to take the driver into custody. police say they found multiple weapons in the vehicle. tonight, alabama police are investigating a murder that appears to be linked to a stolen cell phone. police say the gunman shot and killed the 23-year-old he says, stole his phone. it happened last night in fairfield, which is just southwest of birmingham. the victim told police, he found the alleged thief by using a tracking app. the director of the f-b-i made his first public comments on apple's refusal to give them access to cell phones used by the san farook. in a post on the
