i just read yesterday where mexico has signed a $1 billion deal with bmw to build a factory down in mexico. the creation of more jobs in mexico and to the commissioner's point, the economy is prospering there. it does come down to, i think, so much comes down to opportunity. and the folks that we're encountering on the border, from guatemala, honduras, and el salvador, don't have that economic opportunity.opportunit. gangs, violence as well as family members here and that's what's driving it....
