. >> host: aaron meyer -- erin meyer, after your "in depth" study of netflix, where are your criticisms? >> built on what reed hastings was saying, whether there is a place for this culture in, for example, more traditional manufacturing company. what struck me when i was doing this research at netflix, any area of any company seeking to be more innovative or more flexible or trying to figure out how to reinvent themselves more quickly can benefit from these principles. you might be working -- i was working with mitchell and tires, safety critical manufacturing environment but there are areas of that company focused on innovation. any organization, team leader, ceo, anyone who wants to get more innovation can learn from creating this fertile environment that reed hastings was talking about. he talks about criticism. one of the things about doing something edgy like this, there are always difficulties that go with that. one of the big things that comes up, if we only have - some people are nervous whether they will lose their jobs. there has been a lot of thinking about that, how to redu

we have eve meyer, the executive director of suicide prevention. we were talking about the way people's can talk with a loved one who they think may be contemplating suicide and say to them, are you thinking of killing yourself or committing suicide. what do you say to people who will say well, if somebody is really determined to end their own life, there really isn't anything that you can do to convince them otherwise? >> what we say to people is that almost everyone is ambivalent. that ranges on a spectrum from 99% of the person wanting to do it and one% does not to half- and-half to even less than that. what you are trying to do is come for the part of the person that things that there might be some positive reason to live. that is the whole thing that suicide prevention is about. somewhere deep down in almost everyone there is a reason to live. you just have to find it. the way that you find it is, curiously enough, asked the question, how do you plan to kill yourself. why is that an important question to ask? >> you want to make the person saf

todd: here to break it down, political analyst, ron meyer.e a look at georgia, let's look at georgia. early voting in georgia, nearing the 2016 total turnout. those numbers are fascinating. it is a similar theme throughout the country. so ron, who is left? >> there's not that many left but the polls show that of the people who are planning to vote on election day, they are heavily republican. most of the polls show a 70/3030 advantage for people who plan to vote on election day. the early votes have tended to lean democratic in most states. georgia is one that if i'm republicans, i'm watching nervously. because the atlanta suburbs have been growing fast and growing with people who tend not to vote republicans' way, are voting in large early numbers. which means that georgia, which has historically been pretty darn red, is going to be one that's going to be a nail biter likely on election night. jillian: let's take a look at the early voting by party in some of the key states. pennsylvania, 66% of early voters have been democrats compared to 2
