kerry sanders covering the story from our miami bureau. i'm curious.is have something to do with the person of interest authorities have had for several weeks now. >> reporter: indeed, that person who has been the person of interest, his name is gerald harrell, he's going to be the one charged. we believe based on the florida times union, he's already been charged with her murder. but the jail is not saying what charges other than the fact he's already in jail on other charges. he was picked up by federal authorities and charged with trafficking with internet child pornography, expedited back to clay county. he's held there in jail. if the authorities charge him with murder, and we believe they have, they didn't haveing to too far to find him. what led them to the conclusion to actually charge him with murder, we'll find out at the news conference in jacksonville. this has been a terrifying ordeal for families in the area, other relatives. quite frankly, nobody was in custody and the fear was there was somebody else out there who might attack again. >>
