we set up field hospitals in places like miami-dade and broward county. we even got the army corps of engineers to help put in the hospital beds in the miami beach convention center. all of those field hospitals and available beds sit empty today. that is a good thing. we did not go the way of italy. we did not go the way of new york city. we have done much better than those places. to thank people for what they have done to make that a reality. we are continuing to work on expanding testing. tested,aggressively florida has tested close to 280,000 individuals. one of the things we look at is the rate of people who test positive. if you look at some states, they have 40% of everyone who tested gets tested positive. in florida, that number is declining. if you actually look at the numbers, i think it is better than that. when florida tests, the department of health records every new case that comes in. i think it was 760. total tests,t the positives are greater than that number because when somebody tests positive, in order to get out of quarantine they need
