bailey - about 45 miles southwest of denver. there's a new chapter today in the ongoing legal saga of kennedy cousin michael skakel. prosecutors in connecticut are conviction for the 1975 death of his teenage neighbor reinstated. skakel was convicted in 2002 of the decades old murder of his teenaged neighbor martha moxley. he had been serving more than 10 years in prison when a lower court threw out his conviction saying skakel received an inadequate defense from his lawyer mickey sherman. prosecutors say that's not true.
