all of these programs into one big pot of money and know that i'm going to be competing with michael bennett's kid that our in denver school systems, where they have got some pretty top-notch grant writers. i am wondering how many schools are going to be able to stack up and access to the sun. the kind of like the idea that the technology component might be something that is -- it's a separate menu if you will. i think that we need to be current in our schools when it comes to the technologies that we are utilizing right now. and if there's any area that we are behind, i am afraid it's that we are not spending enough time making sure that our teachers are current with the technologies. the kids will be ahead of them and then again we don't get the full value out of the technologies before us. so without giving probably as much consideration as we would like to your amendment, senator bingaman, i have to tell you that we need to be focused and we need to be ahead of ourselves when it comes to the technology side. so my inclination at this point is to be supportive. >> if there is no further dis
