maria: joining me right now is texas congressman michael burgess, a member of the energy and commercegreat to see you, congressman. thank you for being here. any walk us us through this week? nancy pelosi was that you have a vote on them for structure today and she's push that to thursday. are you expecting we will also have that larger package to also vote on, the spending package along with the infrastructure package this week? >> i do. it's not required. it's not one of the things that expires in september 30. it's on the transportation bill that nancy pelosi is also going to bring up for a vote. there was a guarantee given to her moderates and it was i in fact written into a house rule a couple weeks ago that we would devote on that today, so i don't know how she manages that. the behemoth chairman brady was talking about does not have to come to the floor this week, but it is pressure put on by the proquest-- progressive wing of her caucus saying we must vote on it before you vote on the perhaps more reasonable 1 trillion-dollar transportation bill, so that's been the game all al
