michael, want to begin with you. we know that the market hates uncertainty. we saw the bush tax cuts get extended.ood sign for the market. the market typically does well in split congress sessions. what can we expect going forward? >> that does put tailwinds behind the market now. the tax legislation, i think, got more attention than it's going to have in terms of impact economically. i think it's in the positive. it's stimulative. in the sense that not only are you continuing the old tax rates, you have a payroll tax break. you have concessions for business investment. businesses remain flush with cash. big businesses especially. so i do think right now that the uncertainty has been lifted. the question is whether the market has built a lot of that in with the rally in the last few months. >> we saw it up 10% in 2010. how far will that go? i want to talk about businesses. the concern to ceos and the administration. a lot of friction between the two. ceos said that friction enabled them from hiring more people. there was a lot of uncertainty. the president rallied some ceos in for a meeting. where
