gubernatorial primary but tonight aiyana pressley has defeated incumbent democratic congressman michael capuano 7th congressional district in massachusetts. this is a big upset. michael is a ten-term incumbent. he outraised her 2-1. ayanna pressley first woman of color elected to the boston city council. she secured support from the massachusetts leading democrats including healy, the state attorney general who is seen as a real rising star. but she has pulled this off tonight. abas you can see, there's only 13% in, but her lead is big enough with just those early precinctses had reporting that michael capuano has just conceded in this race. we've got a little clip from lis concession just moments ago. >> over the time that you've been supportive of us, and this is not the side we wanted to be on. clearly the district wanted a lot of change. jeff sanchez lost tonight. apparently the district just is very upset with lots of things that are going on. i goent don't blame them. i'm just as upset as they are but so be it. this is the way life goes. i will tell you that i have been honored all my lif
