. >> i'm in front of the atlantic county courthouse where michael castro was charged with the murder court on monday morning. kingsbury was killed on super bowl sunday in 2012. his son glenn and glenn's and children walked into the house to find their grandfather and father lying on the floor, lifeless from gunshot wounds. castro was his employee and close friend. glenn thinks that it may have been in inside robbery attempt at his home that led to the murder of his father. that was february 2017. the defense attorneys are filing an appeal. i spoke to glenn kingsbury after the hearing today. he told me that he is not feeling too comfortable about the future. >> i'm for full because it did slip through once. when it comes down to prosecution i don't what they're thinking. they fill me in on the basics but nothing crazy. >> this new prosecution team working on this has charge michael castro with nine charges, including first-degree murder. do you know anything about this case? have you heard about wanted talk about a? tweet me at chasing ron. you can also tweet that show. see you in feb

castro valley outside this starbucks store. you can see the bus is all wrapped up. it says you can register on board, and in fact you can. there is michael who drives this thing around. what is it like driving this thing around? >> it's wonderful. >> getting the word out. >> yeah, indeed. to make this simple, you pull up, and people are going to grab some coffee in the morning, they can just hop on board and register. >> absolutely. we're calling this coffee with the voters. we have been hear that lot of voters didn't receive their sample ballots, or didn't know where to register. so we put the bus bust out in the location where you're on your way to work or school. give you one stop shopping. you can walk on board, complete the registration process is. you are you're in and out of here in no more than 10 minutes. >> we saw a lot of folks who saw the bus, or saw it on tv, and they said, you know what? i'm going to go ahead and register this morning, and people were coming inside. they took a couple of minutes, got registered, and we spoke with one gentleman who was one of the first people to come on board is register to vote this morning
