. >> michael thomas kron, 4 a man accused of shooting a person from inside a muni bus has been charged now by the san francisco da. 28 year-old jose adrian flores, garcia is facing one count of murder and one count of discharging a firearm from a moving vehicle. court records claim on the evening of june 18th. he was sitting in the back of the bus when the victim got on with 2 other people. the victim not reportedly got off the bus mission street in silver avenue and that's when police say that the suspect opened a window and shot the victim. they yelled at the bus driver to drive away. flores garcia is in custody pending trial because officials say he is a risk to public safety. chesterfield. police officers reminding drivers to not drive under the influence this crash happened last night on 3rd street in the street. the suspect later found to be under the influence of alcohol, sped through a red light and crashed into another car and just missed 2 people crossing the street. witnesses chased the suspect who tried to get away, they say and brought him back to the crash site to wait for police. he was arrested and taken to jail for felony dui a
