michael chalupa and his friend colleen morrissey. both have serious medical conditions and need to see three or four specialists as wewe as family doctors. the two came to a d-h-s medicaid public hearing wednesday hoping to learn how find ovt which doctors are signing up with which managed care companies. morrissey worried she would spend a lot of time this month talking to doctor's offices to see if they had signed any contracts yet. " if they have signed up, i think they would tell me but the providers are having such a terrible time getting the forms they're not getting anybody signed up.
