let's bring in michael hastings from the notebook, covering the campaign for buzzfeed michael.for you. is there some chance that mitt romney just flat out doesn't know much about foreign policy. >> what i said today i'll literally stand by this. i think the man is jetlagged. he needs to get into his hotel room and sleep for eight hours. i don't know any other explanation of how you can put together this many gaffes in 48 hours on a trip that should have been very much a home run. look he's not interested--foreign policy is not his thing. business is his thing. we know that. when he was governor of massachusetts he did not go on any trade delegations overseas. that's unusual, especially if you're from massachusetts. they've had this intentional ambiguity about all of their foreign policy issues and they continue that as they go on. i had one word written down in my notebook, and that word is panic. that's what we're seeing from the mitt romney campaign over the past 24 hours and how they're responding to what is going on in london. >> cenk: i can't figure this guy out. you can't
