preparation for this hearing, and this hopeful confirmation, i have met with a number of them, michael horowitz for example, at the department of justice is somebody i worked for one of us in the criminal division. there are a number of others that i've met with, including rick skinner, the former inspector general in the department of homeland security who i knew, again, when i was at the u.s. attorney's office in d.c., and we worked together. the are a number of people and a reservoir of expertise that i can draw on to move forward on this. >> out ask you this last related question and then turned to dr. coburn. of the folks you've already met with or talked with, including some of the folks you just men, what are some things you learned from those conversations? >> that job of inspector general is a very difficult one to get right. but it is a very important job to get right. and as i said, i'm going to move with due care, deliberate speed, talking to the folks who have done this before to understand the best way to move forward. >> thanks very much. dr. coburn. >> well, thank you again. one
