in the king case for officers were indicted by in that garner case no officer was indicted. unlike the michaelwn case, they do see a real chance for the feds to bring the civil- rights case against the officer for killing garner. vicki liviakis>>:a man in las vegas is dead after police shot and killed him. they say he robbed several casinos. the shooting happened early sunday at the rio hotel and casino. detectives say they followed the man into the casino to arrest him. police say the man struggled with the officers. that's when police say they tried to taze the man. it didn't work. they opened fire after they say the man reached for a gun. this is the 15th officer involved shooting this year in las vegas. in ohio. people are calling for action to prevent future accidents involving lookalike guns. this comes four months after two young people holding fake guns were fatally shot by police officers. an ohio state representative is proposing that lookalike guns be brightly colored or otherwise marked. however. some experts are skeptical about how effective the proposal is. they say real handguns
