joining us is michael levin, former governor of the state of utah, a former envirmental protection agencytrator. it is great to have you with us. >> thank you. lou: great to have you here. i have to ask you how you feel when you watch kathleen sebelius being grilled by congress. are you empathetic or -- what are your emotions? >> i did have some sympathetic pains. a person who has been in that chair. it is a demanding place for anyone to be in front of the energy and commerce oversight committee for three hours under oath is a delicate and difficult thing, but it is the process. and so i recognize that. lou: does it ease the pain and it when you hear an outrageously, i think, comparisons to the rollout of the medicare part b program that you headed that to the absolute disaster that is obamacare? >> the difference was we fix the system, and it turned that to be something that people both enjoy, i appreciate, and value. the jury is still very much doubt on how this will resolve itself. they are correct to say that there were problems in the early days. we expected that there would be, but
