my name is michael naulty. i'm executive director of wines [inaudible] i'm involve would the business owners selling off sell liquor in the following business. bristol farms, [inaudible] dean, fine wine and liquor on market street, target and wall greens various location downtop town. we are concerned about security. it is right near the montgomery bart station and transbay center. this is easy for people to take the alcohol and take it to another part of the community. the business owners have no track regard in california so don't if they are aware of the laws in california as well as the-i don't what their affiliations are bayed on the board packet to the downtown area. i wonder about the community outreach and how much was done because i don't see letters of support from community organizations. i hear some might have come in later but they were not in the board packet that was posted to the public. the names on the liquor license are all from out of state and this is actually-put down what it is. this is a
