michael paluska is live tonight with the latest on all of this. michael. >> reporter: jamison, bolin ate his last meal at 10:00 this morning. we asked about how his spirits were. he was calm this morning and he was in good spirits. bolin woke up at 6:00 a.m. this morning. the only visitor he had was his wife. she was able to see him from 8:00 in the morning to 11:00. then he met with a spiritual advisor. if the highest court doesn't intervene, he will die by lethal injection by 6:00 p.m. he murdered three women all were stabbed and beat to death. their bodies found dumped in rural areas. the killing spree ended after he abducted and raped a iowa woman. he pled guilty and was sentenced to 25 to 75 years in prison. in 1990, a tip led investigators straight to bolin for the murders in 1986. inmate executedberg the governor's time in office. officials will be waiting until the final seconds to inject the deadly concoction. >> there is a phone in the room. if anything occurs, leading up to the execution, that phone is on. it rings. you know, there's no

michael paluska is live at tampa's executive airport where they just landed. michael. >> reporter: laura and wendy, this is a great day for the family. they have been trying to get they had to raise $30,000. they did that in the past three days from a go fund me account. here. he is going to be transferred from the brans to the cancer at that point he will start to get assessed for the gastric he was diagnosed in october. there are pictures of him that you might see on the screen from some of the things that he officer. these are pictures of him doing drug busts, going through and hanging out with family. a very adventurous man with a great spirit. he has lost close to 100 pounds according to his nephew who spear headed this effort to get the money raised. hopefully he can get better treatment than he was receiving in port rick e he just flew in from puerto rico. he is now and will go to the cancer center. tampa general will take him as taken care of. we will have more tonight at 11:00. we are live at the international airport, michael paluska, abc action news.
