michael & son weather camera, some fog. visibility slightly better than the last time we checked on our weather camera with 61 degrees. cloudy skies being reported at reagan national. visibility at last check was anywhere from a half mile to mile quarter. the dew points in the upper 50s. big storm system in the middle of the country bringing the cold air into the rockies. still snowing in the ski areas here but 60s, even 70s now coming up the mississippi valley with all of this moisture being cranked up. this is like a pump. you can see the upper level low spinning in west texas. it just continues to suck moisture right off the gulf of mexico and dump on louisiana, dump on arkansas. some of these rains getting into south central missouri. that storm system heads our way for the weekend. so that saturday and sunday it's not going to be a deluge of what we're looking at out there but certainly it's going to turn more settled. more clouds, showers, storms. temperatures will be down in the 60s instead of 70s and 80s. as we look at the forecast, today about 73. some areas may make 75 south and west with more sun this afternoon. once we get rid of the low cloud

looking outside on our michael & son weather camera, we're seeing the capitol get dimmer and dimmer. temperature 61 at reagan national with cloudy skies and fog. south, southeast winds at 5 miles an hour. only a 2 degree spread between the dew point and the temperature so our humidity now 94%. temperatures tell the story here with the cold coming down from the west and the warmth coming up in the east toward chicago still 63. storm system spinning right there. temperatures really show where the storm is now. you see it spinning on the radar. heavy rains in louisiana yesterday. some folks had a foot or so with flooding n. is now in mississippi. this storm system will march toward the east slowly just in time for the weekend. while we've had some nice weather for the most part in spiept of the morning fog, -- spite of the morning fog, looks like our shower chances will be going up saturday and sunday. till then the late night clouds, early morning fog and just a stray shower is all i think we're going to be seeing today and tomorrow. so looking at the forecast today, 77. we get to the sun early enough. tonight
