michael cohen? >> well, he's cooperating with robert mueller and so ordinarily which you're investigating something you don't want facts known to the whole world what you're talking about because it has a tendency to tip out of other people, an opportunity to coordinate stories and get their stories straight and might cause someone to destroy evidence or tamper with evidence. usually you want to keep the things you're talking about quiet until you're ready to disclose with charges or declination decisions. i don i don't know if he'll go forward. if he does, what i'd want to know and whether he'll answer them. >> greg, some of the points we might hear cohen discuss include the president's debts and payments relating to the 2016 election. the president's compliance with disclosure statements. potential conflicts of the president's interests and his business practices. could what we hear this week lead to some new legal development or even possibly an indictment, or is this something congress wants on the roerd gec given michael cohen has lied to them in the past? >> it could lead to legal implication
