host: and michael strahan, same question to you. guest 2: i agree with that. think we have had some good news on inflation. two months does not make a trend but it is a good start. i hope this is a trend toward lower inflation. i disagree and little bit with mike's assertion that we are seeing really good news for core services. i think we might be. i am ready to declare victory on inflation being much less of a problem for goods and things like washers and dryers and microwaves and automobiles. i agree that we have seen good news about services like dining out, restaurants, personal care services and things of that nature. but we have seen others things in the past. i am a little worried that services inflation is going to remain a problem into 2023. that matters because services inflation is what drives wages, to the extent that wages are pushing up inflation, they may be placed -- pushing price inflation in 2023 so that is the place to keep an eye on. i think we are in good shape with goods in housing. it is services where the price of services concerns me.
