please welcome one of my favorites: michael symon.e's joining now from his home kitchen in new york. you've got eight restaurants all over the country, cleveland, which, of course, cleveland rocks. las vegas, atlantic city, and we all know that these are incredible tough times that we're experiencing. have you reopened? what's the game plan for you? - you know, we haven't reopened yet. we're getting close to maybe opening some stuff in cleveland. it's a little tricky for us. in addition to those eight, we also have restaurants in airports, casinos and stadiums and arenas, which are obviously very challenging places, so, you know, we're getting through it like everybody else. we're trying to do what's best for our employees to keep them safe. i don't know want to put them in an environment where they don't feel safe. - right. - and then, you know, at the end of the day, we got to make sure that we put ourselves in a position so we can keep the restaurants going so we can keep people employed, so it's a whole new normal. - well, you kno
