michael sunshine on bigger implications for all things crypto. it is all about the price folks will pay and maybe not pay. so far it's kind of a standoff. j woods, freedom capital markets chief global strategist at the big board on some of the moves we've been seeing. we thought we had the inflation thing set in stone. federal reserve was going to cut interest rates. you are not among them. maybe as soon asmara chip. now it's getting pushed back in this report, so much for those. >> reporter: seems like it is getting pushed back. we still have another cpi report before the march meeting, the focus will be on the january meeting. we don't expect them to cut at all. the language we want to see, what this reading will lead them to do down the road. this reading caught us off guard. a lot of harder than it expected but given the trajectory, you put in perspective nicely at the top where we were 18 months ago to where we are now. one slight uptick could be a 1-off and the one term trend continues to be down but we saw -- we still have a lot of work to do to get the 2% goal which seems lofty. let's get 3% and see how we go but right now the market is
